The Girl's Closet program provides teen girls with personal care items that their families may not be able to afford. Teen girls can come to Starting Point and obtain items that they need for themselves, including feminine products, personal hygiene items, even a little makeup. The Girl's Closet is kept stocked by generous donations from our community churches, organizations and individuals.
The Girl's Closet is open to girl's residing in the Willard City School District from 10:00 to 4:30 on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

A couple of years ago we learned of families in our community who could not afford to provide necessary feminine hygiene and personal care items for their teenage daughters.

This can create embarrassing situations for the girls and often results in poor self esteem. The girls often feel rejected and distanced from their peers.

We asked ourselves how we could help resolve this problem and the answer was the birth of the Girls Closet at Starting Point Outreach Center.

Teen girls in the Willard City School District can come to the Girls Closet on Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00 to 4:00 and pick out the items they need. There is no charge. Its FREE!

We accept donations of new, unopened, feminine hygiene and personal care items. Items can be dropped off at our office Monday - Thursday from 9:00 to 4:30. Monetary donations are also encouraged. See our DONATE page for information.
